What is meditation?
Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment.
And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.

Meditations - these are guided meditations to assist you to make changes, they work really well in conjunction with my hypnotherapy sessions (Including online Hypnosis). They enable you to let go of fibromyalgia, sciatic nerve pain, and any chronic pain. They also assist in Stop Smoking, Stop Drinking, start mindfulness, and much more.
After Hypnosis and my pain management techniques these meditations speed up the changes significantly, if used as directed during the hypnosis sessions.
It assists you to do well at self hypnosis, and makes it much easier to quit smoking if that is what you need.
